1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Leapnera ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

Leapnera provides job search tools including a job application tracker and CV builder. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use to assist individuals in organizing their job search.

4. Beta Service

The Service is currently offered as a beta version and remains under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time, and you may encounter errors, interruptions, or unexpected behavior. We provide the beta Service without any guarantee of reliability, availability, or data preservation, and we recommend keeping your own copies of any important information. Your use of the beta Service is at your own discretion and risk.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including CV data and job application records. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your User Content), is owned by Leapnera and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

9. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that may harm Leapnera or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leapnera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leapnera from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
